2hour.fun isn’t open for trading yet. These docs describe how it works once it opens. Sign up and start earning XP now, or take today’s Test drive: ten simulated 2-minute rounds with a $1,000 practice balance.
2hour.fun is a place to create and trade new coins on Robinhood Chain and Solana, side by side, with the same rules on both. Trading never stops. What’s different is launching: new coins can only be created during one 2-hour launch window each day. Every launch lands in the same window, in front of the same crowd, with a fair shot at attention.
These docs are the full reference. For short, step-by-step guides, see Learn.

How it works

1

The window opens

Once a day, for 2 hours, anyone can launch a coin on either chain. The countdown in the site’s top bar shows when.
2

Coins start on a bonding curve

Every coin starts with a fixed supply on a curve. Buys push the price up and sells bring it down.
3

Trading runs around the clock

Every coin can be bought and sold 24/7, on both chains, whether the window is open or not.
4

Graduation

When a coin’s curve fills, it moves to a Uniswap pool (Robinhood Chain) or a Raydium pool (Solana), and its liquidity is locked for good.

Why a launch window?

  • Attention in one place. Launches are grouped together, so each coin gets a real share of attention instead of being lost in a non-stop stream.
  • Fewer, better launches. One window a day and a $500 launch fee make low-effort copies of other people’s coins far less rewarding.
  • Calmer for newcomers. There’s a clear time when new coins appear.

New coins are very risky. Read Risks before you trade. Prices can move a lot in seconds and many go to zero. Nothing in these docs is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
